The Frisian Acro Chillout

Do you feel like moving your body while being surrounded by inspiring people?
Are you a bit tired of running from one awesome workshop to the next one?
Would you like to make new friends or just hang out with old ones?
Do you fancy spending more time on refining known skills and learning or developping new moves?
Do you long for  a short break and is the country side of Friesland still on your bucket list?
Are you Low on budget, yet highly motivated to contribute your energy to the group?

Then the Frisian Acro Chillout might be the experience for you.

Last year this experiment attracted 30 like-minded movement enthusiast. A setting was organized where we, as friends, can be, meet and play. A space where there is no difference between teachers and students. Sharing tricks for the future and insights from the past. Enjoying 3 meals a day and helping out with things that need to be done in an organic manner. Where having no agenda results in receiving impressive pop-up workshops being offered by unexpected talents.

In a beautiful farmhouse just outside Leeuwarden we have the availability of a huge barn with 2 levels, a smaller building to sleep in, eat or do massage and yoga, and even an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

And off course there is plentiful grassland surrounding the buildings to play outdoors and to put up your tent or park your campervan. Sleeping can be done indoors as well, as long as you bring your own gear for the night.

Being together as a group, and think and speak about the future that lies ahead. To exchange ideas that might help other acrobats whether that be in their acro or in their general life. Or to just hang by the camp fire and enjoy the wine that you brought yourself.

While some of you might want to throw in a workshops of any kind, demo your latest trick, impress others with a song or poem,  some choose  to just be present and unwind. Letting it all happen as the weekend unfolds.

A budget price, to cover the expenses and provide food, is 40 euro per 24 hours for those older then 12 years (below 12=15 euro). Limited to a number of 30 participants we wish to keep it cosy and intimate, rather than action packed and crowded.

If the above resonates with you, than please check out the Facebook event page, show that you are interested, or even better, get in touch by signing the intention to participate registration form (opgave) below.

Looking forward to see your smiling face, end of August, in the north of the Netherlands.
